Open Studio Weekend at Sound Shore Pottery
Local Edenton Potter, Frank Miglorie, will open his studio to the public on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. The studio is located on 1222 Sound Shore Drive, Edenton, NC. Frank will be working throughout the day demonstrating the various aspects of the art of pottery making.

227th Anniversary of the US Constitution
Celebrate the signing of the U S Constitution with exhibits and tours emphasizing Edenton residents who were part of this historic event. The Historic Edenton State Historic Site is open Tuesday – Saturdays from 9 am – 5 pm. Tuesday, September 17th at the 1767 Chowan County Courthouse, the Edenton Tea Party Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will host a commemorative celebration with the ringing of the bells at 4 pm and the Honorable Terrance Boyle sharing remarks at 3 pm.
