ICW Anchorage North – Navigational Detail

This anchorage lies along the Waterway’s western flank between markers #134 and #145. The northernmost haven can be accessed by leaving the Waterway between markers #134 and #135. Cut in toward the western banks, and feel your way along carefully to the west-southwest with the sounder. Be sure to stay north of the charted pilings, which you will sight to the south. Also, be sure to avoid the charted submerged piles just to the north abutting the western shoreline. Drop the hook before approaching to within less than 100 yards of the western banks.
