The Sea Pines Resort to Host Golf Tournament Benefiting Hilton Head Heroes
(Hilton Head Island, SC) – The Sea Pines Resort will host The Gregg Russell Children’s Classic Golf Tournament benefiting Hilton Head Heroes on the new Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love lll on October 1, 2016. A select field of golfers will be the very first to experience this exciting new championship course prior to the official grand opening.
`I have not only worked with Sea Pines Resort the past 40 years, they have been major supporters of the Hilton Head Heroes program,’ said Heroes Co-founder Gregg Russell. `Sea Pines has embraced hundreds of families with a child suffering from a life threatening illness during their stay in the Hero House located near Harbour Town. We are thrilled that our supporters will be able to make a difference in these families lives while enjoying this fabulous new course.’
Participants and their guests will cap off the day with a fun awards and after party at The Rooftop Bar at Poseidon in Shelter Cove Towne Center. This evening event will be open to the public and feature special musical guests, an auction and food and drink.
