The S-193 navigation lock is located at Taylor Creek on the north shore of Lake Okeechobee.

Mariners are advised to use caution when navigating around Lake Okeechobee and Taylor Creek, The S-193 navigation lock is located between the Lake Okeechobee and Taylor Creek, in the LD4 levee about 2.5 miles southeast of the City of Okeechobee, will be closed from APRIL 2012 through SEPTEMBER 2012.
