Sunken Sailboat Just Off Georgia AICW Channel, South of Isle of Hope Marina

Posted by Claiborne | Posted on 01-02-2010

Phewwww! Anyone undertaking an after dark, winter cruise of the northern Georgia coastline, WATCH OUT for this hazard!

Subject: Sunken sailboat
Cruising News: 1/30/10 Just south of Isle of Hope, near R-50, there is a small sailboat sunk off channel to the right. You can’t miss it in daylight but could be a problem in poor visability. Capt Dave
