Boat slips are selling as fast as fast can be. 52 boats slips are now privately owned and we have five more sales that closed this week on top of that.

With our high occupancy rates and a waiting list for select sizes of boat slips, folks understand that buying is the sensible thing to do. Cruisers particularly enjoy the ability to rent their slip through the marina’s rental management program while they cruise and collect rental income. Just ask Skip Volkle, one of the marina’s slip owners, who can attest to the benefits of the rental management program AND the reciprocity benefits of our Yachting Club of America membership, plus owners receive free in-slip pump outs and free access to the pool and fitness facility. All those things add up!

Investors now realize that buying at the marina is one of the most affordable ways to live in the historic district and the many things the historic district offers and are actually buying multiple boat slips.
