LNM: 6-hour Complete Closure of Harbor Entrance, February 2, Norfolk, VA
This cable laying project began ten days ago and is scheduled to be completed March. There is ample water on both sides of the navigation channel of the Entrance Reach, but because of the divers in the water, extreme caution must be used in the area.
