3-Mile Bridge connects downtown Pensacola with Gulf Breeze on Santa Rosa Sound.
FL – Pensacola Bay – Bridge, Mile 0.0 Demolition and Construction – UPDATE
Phase II of the demolition and pile driving is scheduled to begin the week of August 26, 2019 at the Pensacola Bay Bridge (aka 3-mile Bridge), mile 0.0, at Gulf Breeze, Escambia County and Santa Rosa Counties, FL. The project will start on the outside of the main channel on both the Pensacola and Gulf Breeze sides. A trestle will be constructed on the southeast side of Gulf Breeze side of the bay.
