LNM: Dredging, north of St. Lucie Inlet, near AICW Statute Mile 987


St. Lucie Inlet intersects the Waterway and the eastern genesis of the Okeechobee Waterway near Stuart, FL at AICW Statute Mile 987. This dredging project is north of the Inlet and will not affect Waterway navigation.

FLORIDA – ST. LUCIE INLET – SAILFISH POINT MARINA CHANNEL: Dredge Operations
Ferreira Construction will commence dredge operations January 24, 2018 until approximately May 15, 2018. Dredging will take place 1.25 to 2 miles northwest of the mouth of St. Lucie Inlet in the channel to Sailfish Point. The Dredge LADY MIMI will monitor VHF-FM channels 16 (all vessels) & 10 (working vessel). Operations will be conducted 7 days per week/24 hours per day. The dredge and pipeline will be marked and lighted (see enclosure section for pipeline layout).
