FL – GULF OF MEXICO – PENSACOLA – PANAMA CITY – TALLAHASSEE – Hazardous Operations – UPDATE

Mariners making plans to transit offshore Tallahassee, Panama City and Pensacola, Florida, are advised of an upcoming space operation and associated hazardous space capsule reentry. Hazardous reentry areas in the Gulf of Mexico are identified below and may include, free-falling debris and/or descending vehicles or vehicle components, under various means of control. Hazard periods and projected reentry sites for upcoming operations will be published by the U.S. Coast Guard District 8 (D8) on the U.S. Coast Guard NAVCEN eBNM webpage at: https://www.navcen.uscg.gov/broadcast-notice-to-mariners-search?district=8.
