How do we know if this is real?

Editor’s note: Several folks have tried to reach the numbers listed. There is a message machine on the first number, but none on the second. The maintenance may been delayed by Hurricane Michael. Let us know if you make contact.

Saturday 10/6 14:00. I called both numbers listed and there was no answer at either number. I called USCG Fort Macon and they had no further information.
