Kick-Off to Christmas December 4 |

We launch into the Christmas season in style in historic downtown Edenton with the first annual Kick-Off to Christmas event. The whole town will be gathering to enjoy local food trucks, hot cocoa and sweet treats. We’ll also have a BYOB (bring your own blanket) storytime is hosted by the Shepard-Pruden Memorial Library staff in the Cupola House Gardens, and Edenton’s trolley will magically transform into the Polar Express. We will, of course, be celebrating the events that we all love, like the Tree lighting and Flotilla as well. This will be a day to remember for the whole family. |

Christmas Candlelight Tour December 10-11 |

One of Edenton’s most popular attractions returns for its 40th year. Join visitors from all around the country as they visit Edenton to tour historic homes decorated in all their holiday splendor. See classic Edenton homes, many only open to the public during this event, decorated with historically accurate Christmas decorations. Step back and discover what Christmas was like in Edenton hundreds of years ago. The Christmas Candlelight Tour is truly a one-of-a-kind event, and it only happens on December 10-11! |
