Anchoring Restrictions Once Again Being Considered by Florida Legislators
Wally Moran has long been an outspoken advocate for boaters’ rights. The battle with Florida legislators over anchoring privileges has been going on for years and, as Wally points out, the restrictions on anchoring appear to be raising their ugly heads…AGAIN!
