ICW Buoy 48 is on the north shoulder of the Waterway at the northwest corner of Lockwoods Folly/Waterway intersection, a designated Problem Stretch where severe shoaling was reported in May of this year.
CAPE FEAR RIVER – LITTLE RIVER BUOY 48 (LLNR 40235) OFFSTATION.
