Crimson Hearts Opening ReceptionA community art exhibition at the Gulfport Arts Center FRIDAY, February 28th @5:00pm-7:00pm Show Dates: 2/28/25-3/28/25 Red, particularly crimson, is vibrant and powerful. As a primary color, it is one of the three colors that is necessary in creating a number of other hues. Similarly, the heart is one of the most vital organs in the body as it is responsible for the functioning of many organ systems throughout. Both the color red and the concept of the heart have the power to evoke different feelings, ideas, or implications. This group art show features unique works by local artists of all ages across a variety of mediums, each exploring this pairing. |
