CURRENTLY, AN UNKNOWN RED BUOY IS REPORTED DESTROYED IN THE VICINITY OF THE VICTORIA SHIP CHANNEL. ALL MARINERS ARE ADVISED TO TRANSIT THE AREA WITH CAUTION.
