Summary:
• Tropical Storm Dolly is moving across the tropical Atlantic and it is forecast to degenerate into a tropical wave before it reaches the Leeward Islands.
o Seas will likely peak around 14 ft on Friday.
• Gale winds will affect the south-central Caribbean and the Gulf of Venezuela tonight.
o Seas will likely peak at 11 ft within the area of the strongest winds.
• Elsewhere across the basins, high pressure will prevail.
