Location: anchorage lies east of Holiday Island, north of Chowan River’s marker #12
Depth: 10 feet
Navigation Detail: Click Here For Navigational Detail of this Anchorage
Swing Room: sufficient room for vessels as large as 55 feet
Foul Weather Shelter: Fair, but wide open to southern, northern and northwestern winds
Dinghy Dock Access: there is a raised platform camping area on Holiday Island, which has a small dock along the isle’s easterly banks. IF UNOCCUPIED, cruisers may be able to land a dinghy here briefly
Pet Friendly: IF UNOCCUPIED pets can be walked on the Holiday Island raised camping site, but do NOT allow your pet to leave the raised platform
