Lat/Lon: near 25 13.466 North/080 24.676 West
Location: lies some 250 to 300 yards east of the southernmost of the two keys, noted on chart 11451 as Cormorant Rookeries Anchorage, flanking the western side of Barnes Sound, a short hop south of the southeasterly genesis of the Glades Canal approach channel and just northeast of Manatee Creek’s unlighted daybeacon #2
Minimum Depth: 5-foot depths
Swing Room: unlimited
Foul Weather Shelter: poor, use only in fair weather or with light westerly winds in the offing
