Jug Creek cuts into the western shores of extreme northern Pine Island, north of Useppa Island. This stream provides access to shallow Four Winds Marina, and successful entry from the deeper waters of Charlotte Harbor is a trick proposition, courtesy of correctly charted Jug Creek Shoal. Marker #11 is the northernmost aid to navigation on the Jug Creek entry channel, and it has now been replaced.
