All other flea market attendees will be able to park along Sea Ray Drive. Please note, Sea Ray Drive is only accessible from the Banana River Drive side.

Good Words for Oasis Boatyard and Marina, near AICW MM 780, St. Augustine, FL

This boatyard and marina is on the northeast shore of the Sebastian River opposite Green 17. Our thanks to Anthony and Michele for this excellent review.
John and Jodie Spears who own this marina have done a great job. They have 44 floating docks which makes it easy to get on/off your boat. Great restrooms and great showers. They have a large lift and room to place your boat on the hard. They keep everything clean and organized. You can work and stay on your boat. They charge 2.00 a ft per night. If you stay more than 15 days then they charge you by the month. Close to downtown and plenty of great restaurants in this area. We are having some work done on our generator and we are enjoying being here. We decided to stay a month.
