[EXPIRED] Concrete Hazard on Entrance to Lake Sylvia From The AICW (Fort Lauderdale, FL – Statute Mile 1064.6)

Concrete Hazard - Click for Chartview
This concrete obstruction is off to the south of the Waterway where it turns 90 degrees west at the north end of Lake Sylvia, between Fort Lauderdale and Port Everglade. The hazard should impact only boaters wanting to enter Lake Sylvia.
FLORIDA-ATLANTIC INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY-WEST PALM BEACH TO MIAMI-NEW RIVER SOUND: Hazard to Navigation.
The Coast Guard received a report of a down concrete marker in approximate position 26Â°06.612N/80Â°06.625W. The position is south of New River Daybeacon Light 13 (LLNR 47275) going into Lake Sylvia. Mariners are advised to exercise extreme caution while transiting the area. Charts 11467 and 11470
