LNM: Off WW, Western Atlantic

The latest briefing for the western Atlantic is attached. This update covers the hurricane-force low affecting the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast waters today into tonight with winds to 70 kt gusting up to 90 kt and seas building to 35-40 ft, with higher waves possible E of 65W. Conditions will continue in the eastern portion of the waters through Monday morning.
