      ATLANTIC OCEAN – FLORIDA – CAPE CANAVERAL: Rocket Launch and Safety Zone (33 CFR 165.T07-055)

      Mariners operating in waters offshore Cape Canaveral, FL are advised that the pending launch of an experimental rocket may impact navigation interests. Due to the size and risk profile of this space launch system, the Coast Guard is establishing a Temporary Safety Zone effective March 7, 2023 through May 31, 2023 in the offshore waters of Cape Canaveral, FL. The safety zone will only be subject to enforcement from 8 hours prior to launch of the experimental rocket through 30 minutes after or until the Coast Guard Captain of the Port determines it is safe to resume vessel
      transits.
