Gulfport Community Update: February 23 – March 1, 2025 |
Event Marketing Specialist Kristin Ossola had the privilege of attending the kick-off event for the Great American Cleanup (GAC) at John’s Pass Park in Madeira Beach on February 28. Representing the City of Gulfport, she joined community leaders and volunteers to stand united against the growing issue of litter in Pinellas County. The morning kicked off with a presentation, followed by a demonstration of the Bebot, an innovative beach-cleaning device, and a cleanup of Madeira Beach. It was an inspiring event that underscored the importance of collective action in preserving and protecting our local environment. |
