TREASURE ISLAND CAUSEWAY BRIDGE IS STUCK IN THE DOWN POSITION UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO POWER UNIT INOP. ALL MARINERS ARE ADVISED TO TRANSIT THE AREA WITH CAUTION.
