We hope you’ve all been weathering this cold streak. Our nation has been facing colder weather in areas that clearly enjoy warmer temps, including New Bern. We wanted to remind everyone to please be sure to let the water lines trickle if Jeremy & team have those on. In the event of freezing weather, they must allow those lines to run just a bit so the pipes won’t freeze.

 

Additionally, we wanted to provide an update on the marina’s current New Year’s Sale. To date, Thomas has sold 114 boat slips, 5 of those are pending. At current time, we are offering a 12% discount on all boat slips. I would encourage you call Thomas to schedule a COVID friendly appointment. I’ve listed his number below.

The boating industry continues to grow and flourish as healthy outdoor activities have a heightened interest. We see those consumer behaviors causing occupancy rates to remain strong and sales to be of particular interest to avid boaters everywhere.

 

Last, by not least, the marina participated in a virtual event, Looper PaLooza, supporting the AGLCA (America’s Great Looper’s Cruising Association). The event was a fun filled educational event where prospective looper’s and cruisers can chat with virtual exhibitors (maritime industry businesses such as marinas, yacht brokers, lenders, cruising support organizations, and many more).
