Support the Staniel Cay Community, Exumas, Bahamas
Staniel Cay’s community and the SCYC Staff have always made visitors feel welcomed with warm smiles and open arms. However, today, Staniel Cay is among the many islands who have been closed for preventative measures to protect the community. And although the Exumas have been fortunate to be completely free of COVID-19, they are still feeling the effects of this pandemic. So many of you have reached out and asked what you can do to help support them during this time. We are happy to announce that the Staniel Cay Yacht Club in conjunction with Makers Air, is spearheading a Care Package Initiative for the employees of the Staniel Cay Yacht Club and the entire community of Staniel Cay. We will be procuring and assembling care packages of food and household items at the Makers Air hangar in Fort Lauderdale to be flown to Staniel Cay. Upon arrival, our team will personally deliver each care package to the individual households on the island. If you are financially able to assist in this difficult time, and so inclined, please show your support by donating to this cause in one of two ways: - We will be selling a special, limited edition dri-fit shirt to raise funds for care packages. 100% of profits from the sale of the shirt will go to the cause.
