      The City of Gulfport and Gulfport Municipal Marina, A CRUISERS NET SPONSOR, always have a full calendar of events for all ages. The marina and harbor, found on the northern shores of Boca Ciega Bay, are easily accessible from the Western Florida ICW, just north of Tampa Bay.

      Submission deadline: Wednesday, February 19th
      Reception: Friday, February 28th @5:00pm-7:00pm
      Show dates: 2/28/25-3/28/25

      Submission is FREE and open to local artists of ALL AGES. Any medium is acceptable. All submissions must be an original work that utilizes one or multiple shades of red in a significant way and/or explores the shape or idea of a heart either visually or conceptually in order to be considered. There is no limit to the amount of works that may be submitted per artist but work will be selected based on cohesion to the theme and space limitations.

       Learn how to make your own textured, reusable printing plate with cardboard,
       string, bubble wrap, and foam.

      Original Gulfport Walking Tour 2/1

      Historic walking tours have returned! The first tour of the year will take place on Saturday, February 1 at 3pm.

      Join Gulfport Arts & Heritage on a stroll through history in the heart of Gulfport. This reworked tour is led by David Anderson of Discover Florida Tours and lasts for approximately 1.5 hours.

      $15 for non-members, free for GAH members. Registration is required.

      Friday, February 21 at 7pm at the Gulfport History Museum

      Cathy Salustri will speak about Emateloye Estenletkvte, known to many as Polly Parker, and how this Florida Woman’s daring escape and quest to reclaim her home led the Seminole Tribe of Florida as we know it today. Salustri’s new book, Florida Spectacular: Extraordinary Places and Exceptional Lives, will be available for purchase after the talk.

      Doors open at 6:30pm, program begins at 7pm.
