Complete Text of the NC Law Regarding Pumpout Log Requirements Now Available On the Cruisers’ Net
As many of you have already heard, the state of North Carolina has changed its laws concerning MSD (Marine Sanitation Devices) regulations. Among other provisions, there is a rule that cruisers must keep a pump-out log, and portions of the NC coastline have been declared “No Discharge” zones. There has already been a host of postings on the Net concerning these changes, but now, we can provide you with the text of the entire law in question.
