      Florida is the alligator hunting capital of the world!
       
      Florida holds an alligator permit lottery for Florida residents as well as people from out of state. This helps control Florida’s alligator population.
       
      The yearly alligator hunting season here runs from Aug. 15 – Nov. 1 each. If you are interested to try hunting some alligators, click here for more info!
       
      Now that the kids are away, it’s time for a getaway!
