Sandie Parker lives aboard the “Nice N’ Nauti” every summer. Her home port is the Edward C. Grace Memorial Harbor in Elk Rapids, Michigan.While working most her life in the restaurant and country club business, her love for cooking took off when she met her mentor, Chef Carl Tanner who taught her to think “outside the box.”

Sandie has won many cooking contests and has judged others. Two of her favorite award winning recipes, “Louisiana Style Chili” and “Chocolate Lover Brownie Squares”, are in this recipe book. She is also the proud author of a recipe corner in two Michigan newspapers, titled (what else?) “Sandie’s Galley”.
