      Business Clinic Request Form

      To make getting the COVID-19 vaccine more convenient, the Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County (DOH-Pinellas) has scheduled a vaccination clinic at the City of Gulfport Historic Casino on Saturday, September 18 from 9am-12pm.

      Vaccines remain the single most effective protection against the virus and vaccines are provided at no cost. Those vaccinated at the Casino will receive a food voucher, good at any grocery store. Anyone 12 and older can receive the Pfizer vaccine. The event is open to the public without appointments required. This is a walk up clinic, no appointment is necessary. The DOH-Pinellas Public Information Office reminds everyone, that if they can’t make the event at the Casino, residents can go to any commercial pharmacy to get the vaccine at their convenience.

      If you haven’t been vaccinated yet, search vaccines.gov, text your ZIP code to 438829, or call 1-800-232-0233 to find locations near you.

      If your business would like to set up a COVID-19 vaccine clinic at your location, complete the request and DOH-Pinellas staff will contact you.

      Effective October 1, 2021, City of Gulfport utility customers will no longer be charged a convenience fee of $3.25 when paying their utility bill online or in person at Gulfport City Hall with a Debit/Credit card. Credit/Debit card payments may be made in person, by phone, or online (Please note, a $3.25 convenience fee applies for paying with a Credit/Debit card over the phone).

      The City of Gulfport Senior Center’s Telephone Reassurance Program is a free service for Gulfport Residents 50 years of age or older. Volunteers provide daily phone calls to registered members and provide comfort, security, and peace of mind to members and families.

       

      Registration is simple and free. If you or someone you know could benefit from this service during this difficult time, please call (727) 893-2237 and register today.

      GEMS door-to-door transportation has provided independence & freedom to elderly and disabled residents of Gulfport for over 40 years.

       

      Any Gulfport residents 55 & older or residents with a disability can take advantage of GEMS door to door service for a yearly membership of $70 plus $2 per ride. For more information, call 893-2242.
