Did you know that if you buy a boat slip on our marina, you can earn rental income by renting their boat slip when you cruise. We do all the work for you with our rental management program! And…with our high occupancy rates, we rarely ever have a difficult time finding a renter who would like to rent your slip. It’s a win win situation!
Also, exciting renovations at the marina will soon be underway. The marina’s 700 ft. wave attenuator will be replaced in the next few months, along with a brand new Dockmaster’s office, bathrooms, shower, laundry, and fitness facility.
