    • [EXPIRED] LNM: W FL Waterway, Shoaling and ATON Changes, Wiggins Pass, FL

Wiggins Pass is one of the most shoal prone inlets on the Western Florida coastline. Wiggins Pass cuts the coast between Gordon Pass and Fort Myers Beach. To be safe, we strongly recommend calling Pelican Isle Yacht Club at 239-566-1606 for up-to-date depth information before attempting entry.

FLORIDA – FORT MYERS TO CHARLOTTE HARBOR AND WIGGINS PASS – WIGGINS PASS: Shoaling and ATON
      Changes.

Due to significant and seasonal low tide conditions the private aids to navigation in Wiggins Pass are no longer reliable. Permanent fixed private aids to navigation dayboards have been removed and unmarked structures may still be present. Temporary floating private aids to navigation have been established to mark best water. Mariners are advised to exercise caution while transiting the area. Chart 11427
