THE SUBMERGED SAILING VESSEL IS AT APPROXIMATE POSITION 35° 14.76″N 076° 23.315″W; SW OF BRANT ISLAND SLUE DAY-BEACON “2” LLNR 32665. The sunk vessel location is actually about 10NM EAST of Mayo Seafood, on the northeast side of the bombing range and Brant Island Shoal. It should only be a hazard to vessels moving from Pamlico Point "PP" towards Ocracoke, or around the east end of Brant Island Shoal between the Pamlico and Neuse, and not to vessels following the ICW.
