Event Description:
This event celebrates our famous and delicious Blue Crab and summertime in beautiful eastern North Carolina. Collect your friends and family and join us on the banks of the Pamlico River!
Enjoy all the fresh NC steamed crabs and shrimp you can eat, listen to party tunes from the Ginger Thompson Band, drink a few cold ones and enjoy a beautiful sunset. It doesn’t get better than this!
This great event supports of an important cause, Washington Harbor District Alliance
Bar opens at 5:30 Food is served at 6:00 Band starts at 7:00 and plays until 11:00
The event will be tented. There will be a combination of stand-up and sit down tables.
Tickets $40.00
Our goal is to sell 500 tickets.
Tickets may be purchased with cash or check payable to WHDA (or DWOW)

There will be a surcharge for using a charge card – $1.00 per $40.00 ticket and $3.00 per $100 table reservation

Tickets include:
All you can eat crab and shrimp (from NC Pamlico distributed by Washington Crab & Oyster Co.)
Grilled chicken, corn on the cob, baked potato, hush puppies, cucumbers and tomatoes in vinegar, and various desserts. There will also be Hoop cheese and crackers
Iced tea and water. Sodas will be for sale.
The caterer is Keyzer Catering (Mark Keyzer)
Reserved Tables $100.00
Tables seat 10 people. Reserve your table then when you arrive there is a table waiting for you. Otherwise you would sit with others at an available space. You may also decorate your table which automatically enters you into the table decorating contest. The tables will be judged on theme, creativity & presentation. Judging begins at 5:30 with prizes given to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners at the event. Only a limited amount of tables are available (30).
